Scope

This policy describes how Kyventa processes data on the marketing website (kyventa.com) and in the application (app.kyventa.com). Processing is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR for users located in the European Union.

Marketing website (kyventa.com)

This website does not set any tracking or analytics cookies and does not embed any third-party analytics tool. It contains no form collecting personal data; contact links open your email client (mailto:support@kyventa.com).

Application (app.kyventa.com)

When you create an account and connect your Bexio account, Kyventa processes the following data:

  • Account data: name, email address, organisation, role (owner / accountant / viewer)
  • Synced Bexio data: contacts, invoices, quotes, orders, products, inventory, accounting — read-only
  • Bexio OAuth access tokens (encrypted), to maintain the connection to your Bexio account

Read-only access

Kyventa reads your Bexio data through the official API to display it in your dashboards. Nothing is ever created, modified or deleted in your Bexio account.

Hosting and data location

Application data is stored with Supabase, on servers located in Zurich, Switzerland. Each customer organisation has an isolated space (Row Level Security): no other customer can access your data.

Purpose of processing

Data is used exclusively to provide the Kyventa service: generating dashboards, alerts, and the features described on this website. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon termination, it is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention is legally required.

Your rights

Under the revFADP (and the GDPR where applicable), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact support@kyventa.com.

Sub-processors

Kyventa relies on the following sub-processors: Supabase (database hosting, Zurich), Trigger.dev (sync orchestration), Hostinger (marketing website hosting), Bexio AG (data source, at your initiative via OAuth).
