Purpose

These terms of service govern access to and use of the Kyventa application, a Bexio-connected analytics service offered on a subscription basis.

Service description

Kyventa connects to your Bexio account (read-only, via OAuth 2.0) and provides commercial and financial analytics dashboards: sales, CRM, alerts, finance, P&L, inventory and pipeline.

Free trial

A free 14-day trial is offered, no credit card required. After the trial, continued access to the service requires a paid plan.

Subscription and pricing

Plans, their pricing and their limits (organisations, users, sync frequency) are described on the pricing page of the website. The subscription is prepaid and renews monthly; it can be changed or cancelled at any time, with no notice period or penalty.

User obligations

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Use the service in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable law
• Hold the necessary rights to connect the Bexio account being used

Service availability

Kyventa uses reasonable means to ensure service availability, without guaranteeing absolute continuity. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to a failure of a sub-processor (Bexio, Supabase, etc.).

Limitation of liability

Kyventa is a decision-support tool based on data provided by Bexio. The publisher cannot be held liable for any decision made on the basis of the analytics provided, nor for any unavailability or error of the Bexio API.

Termination

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. The publisher reserves the right to suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts at the publisher's registered office, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
